USB Adaptor OPT-USB - Optical to USB Adaptor
The OPT-USB adaptor translates signals between Optical cable and USB.
The converter software emulates a COM port in the PC, so it can be
used also as an Optical to RS232 converter. It can be used to control
devices using the optical link communication.
OPT-USB indicates current state of communication using the green LED
situated next to the USB connector on the right side of the box. The
patterns corresponding to individual states are indicated on the back
side.
The devices currently supported from Clarity include:
* Shimadzu GC-14C gas chromatograph
* Shimadzu GC-17A gas chromatograph
* Shimadzu LC-10 AD HPLC pump
* Shimadzu LC-20 AD HPLC pump. |
