Detector Control
 The
Detector Control will be unlocked by purchasing GC Control (p/n
A23) or LC Control (p/n A24) depending on the type of the detector.
The detector control generally includes the control of the Start,
Stop, Autozero, Switching ranges, etc. The scope of control for
a specific detector can be found in the description of the respective
control module.

The
Duratec DDT-3200 control module can control and acquire data including
online spectra from Duratec DDT-3200 USB PDA detector. All settings
can be made directly from the Clarity chromatography software. Applied
instrument method parameters will be then saved together with chromatogram
for later review. Data Acquisition is performed via the USB cable
(supplied with the detector, USB to SUB type ).
The
Control module can control Ecom Topaz detector directly from the Clarity
Software. The control is performed over RS232 line. Directly from
the Method Setup - Acquisition dialog it is possible to set signal
ranges, wavelength, speed of acquisition, turn On and Off the lamps
and many other parameters. All parameters are stored with the chromatogram
for later review. The Device Monitor window displays the actual state
of the detector and allows for manual CONTROL of specific functions
(e.g. AutoZero).
