 The
CE Extension provides three main changes comparing ro the standard
Clarity version.
- CE specific terminology
- Evaluation by time corrected area
- Peak identification by peak start or end (additionally to
peak apex).

CE Instrument Type in the System Configuration dialog
The CE Extension will enable the CE Instrument type to be selected in the System Configuration dialog.
This will add new features to the standard Clarity interface.
CE Method
The Method Setup - Measurement Conditions tab displays terminology specific for capillary electrophoresis.
Electropherogram
The Electropherogram window displays Migration Time, Start MT Apex MT and other CE specific parameters..
Calibration
Peaks can be in CE mode identified by retantion time of the Start, Apex or End.

The Clarity CE is an optional Extension for the Clarity Chromatography
Station (from version 2.4.4). The Clarity Chromatography Station can
acquire data from any Capillary Electrophoresis system with a standard
analog output. CE mode is selectable for any Clarity Instrument. CE
Extenxion is compatible also with Clarity Offline software. CE module
provides specific terminology, evaluation by time corrected area and
peak identification by peak start or end (additionally to peak apex).
